1. Definitions

You are deemed to have accepted these Terms in full upon the earliest of these actions occurring.

If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of another person or legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms.

3. Eligibility & Age Verification

da99 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and address from any Player at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by the relevant Bangladeshi authority. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by da99 may result in the suspension or closure of your Account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

3.3 Geographic Eligibility

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. da99 will treat all actions taken from your Account as authorised by you. If you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify da99 support immediately. da99 accepts no liability for losses resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

4.4 Account Inactivity

An Account that has recorded no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months will be classified as inactive. da99 reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to inactive accounts in accordance with its published fee schedule. Players will be notified by email prior to any fee being applied. The Account will remain accessible upon login at any time.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Supported Payment Methods

5.4 Fees

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers available on da99 are subject to these general terms and any specific terms published alongside the individual offer. In the event of a conflict between these general terms and specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds must be wagered a minimum of 30 times before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. Wagering requirements must be met within 30 days of the bonus being credited to your Account. Any unwagered bonus balance remaining after this period will be forfeited automatically.

6.3 Eligible Games

7. Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 Placing Bets

A Bet is not accepted until da99 issues a confirmation to the Player, either on-screen or via account transaction record. da99 reserves the right to refuse, void, or limit any Bet at its absolute discretion without being required to provide reasons.

7.2 Errors and Manifest Mistakes

In the event that a Bet is accepted due to a manifest error in the odds, price, or other terms — including but not limited to human error, system malfunction, or data feed failure — da99 reserves the right to void the affected Bet and return the original stake to the Player's Account. da99 will not be liable to honour winnings arising from a manifest error.

7.3 Cricket and Sportsbook Rules

Specific rules governing cricket, rugby, and other sportsbook markets — including rules on match abandonment, Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method applications in cricket, dead-heat rules, and result settlement — are published in the da99 Sports Betting Rules document, which forms part of these Terms by incorporation. • Colluding with other Players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any activity that compromises the integrity of a sporting event.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Territory where such access is unlawful.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing da99 staff or other Players.

13. Account Termination

13.1 Termination by da99

da99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its absolute discretion, including where: (a) a Player has breached these Terms; (b) da99 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity; (c) a Player has failed to complete required identity verification; or (d) da99 is required to do so by a regulatory authority or court order. Upon termination for breach, any balance in the Account — including bonus funds and pending withdrawals — may be forfeited in full.

13.2 Voluntary Closure by Player

Before processing a closure request, da99 will verify your identity and settle any pending Bets. Any verified real-money balance at the time of closure (net of applicable bonus conditions) will be refunded to your registered payment method. 14. Amendments
